Growth & Outreach Lead

The Growth & Outreach Lead helps Patterns of Unity reach the creators and collaborators who belong here. This role focuses on email marketing, social content, and outreach that introduces the platform to the right people, then turns interest into real relationships. Patterns of Unity is early, so this role has real room to shape how the platform grows and to build the systems that will carry that growth forward. This is a founding role for someone who wants to help build an audience from the ground up, not manage one that already exists.
